Slattery is providing cost management services to 600 Collins Street. The multi-storey mixed use podium and tower development at Mandarin Oriental Melbourne comprises of a 54-storey tower with residential, office, retail spaces, an art facility and public realm works. There will be three levels of basement for car parking, bicycle and storage spaces and a large food/ retail hall. The middle levels will be used for office space and levels 21-35 are residential facilities which includes gym, wellness facilities, pool, dining and cinema areas. The top levels will be mechanical services levels.
