Slattery were engaged to work with Far East Organisation to develop feasibility options for the upgrade of the existing hotel at The Clocktower site as well as converting the existing Clocktower office/retail building into a 4 Star hotel. The proposed redevelopment would include a total of circa 230 keys and additional mixed use retail offerings.
