Block D- 37-39 Hill Road, Wentworth Point

Slattery were engaged to provide cost management services for a build to rent residential project at 37-39 Hill Road, Wentworth Point. Slattery is assisting the first stage, Block D, which includes the construction of an eight storey residential building. This will house 208 units with basement and above ground car parking on a 9,156sqm site. In addition, the first stage of the development requires the construction of considerable site enabling infrastructure including partial demolition and staging around existing industrial units, major ground improvement works, new access roads, sea wall and services infrastructure to serve Block D and all future stages of the precinct.
