The benefits of industrialised construction extend well beyond moving work into a factory. Drawing on five Slattery case studies and two international examples, this paper sets out where the biggest gains are made, why early decisions matter, and how standardised design, coordinated procurement, a reliable pipeline and early consideration of carbon can improve project outcomes.
